All the work we have done has been underpinned by gaining a deeper understanding of customers’ needs and service tolerance levels, so that we can help organisations to design more efficient, effective service structures.

This has lead us to develop a unique data analysis environment, which we have named ‘Citizen Insight’.
‘Citizen Insight’ allows government agencies to merge operational data from disparate sources, in order to:
  • Clean and de-duplicate data to create a corporate data set
  • Combine and analyse the data from multiple perspectives
  • Create a single view of each customer (or ‘citizen’)
The beauty of Citizen Insight is its flexibility:
  • Data can be cut, combined and analysed in any and every way, to target customers more effectively and analyse service performance.
  • Internal data can be enriched with third party data sets from partner organisations and/or commercial information providers (e.g. CACI) for customer segmentation or benchmarking.
  • Initial analysis results can be used to drive qualitative research - we can then overlay the extrapolated results of focus groups and depth interviews onto the data.
  • Pay-as-you-go pricing options makes Citizen Insight an easier and more cost effective approach to creating a customer data warehouse.
