Are
Kirstine Ward, Managing Director Profusion International
Kirstine is an experienced project manager, trainer and facilitator,
specialising in the field of customer service management.
Over the last
decade, working in both the commercial and public sectors, Kirstine has
developed a series of practical tools and approaches on a variety of
topics that underpin service excellence, such as process efficiency,
performance analysis and creating a memorable experience for the
customer.
Over the past two years, she has worked in depth with one of
London’s most progressive local authorities, to re-engineer
key
services in Housing, Social Services, Finance and Environment &
Regeneration.
Kirstine also coaches in emotional intelligence and values based
leadership for service based organisations, both in the U.K. and
